Getting Started
To place your first order, you’ll need to complete a Mail Service Enrollment Form for yourself and your covered family members. Simply
mail the form or submit the information online and send the original prescription to Caremark Mail Service. You can pay for your prescriptions
by credit card and, for orders you submit by mail, with a check or money order.
Your medications will be delivered free to your home within 10 to 14 days. If you have any questions about your prescription order, or don’t
receive your medication in 14 days, call the customer service number on the back of your Member ID card.
Ordering Refills
We offer four easy ways to order prescription refills:
- Online: refill prescriptions from this website www.PharmaCare.com
- By phone: our toll-free number connects members to an automated refill system
- By mail: we include pre-addressed, postage-paid envelopes with each order
- By fax: physicians can fax in new or refill orders
To ensure you never miss a dose, be sure to sign up for our e-refill reminder program. With this service, you’ll get convenient email
notices when it’s time to refill or renew a prescription.

Mail Service Enrollment Form you can:

- Check the status of a prescription order
If your plan offers you the option, register for MyBenefits to access additional online services:
- View your prescription history
- Research generic alternatives
- Look up co-pay information
- Find a pharmacy in your local community
